Formulation is one of the critical biopharmaceutical development

steps, which also includes cell culture, purification, and analytical

development. Formulation development require knowledge about intended

useage of the interested drug (dosage and route of administration),

its physical and chemical characteristics, and stability. The main

goal of formulation development is to provide a product that is stable

over a long time (two years or more) while meets user's compliance
